For the most optimal nutritional benefits and flavor, consume your fruits and vegetables within 48 hours of purchasing them and buy them according to what is in season or frozen. Here I've gathered some fresh recipe ideas for you to try out.

1. Easy Chicken Salad Recipe

Eat Healthy with this fresh Chicken Salad recipe! Get ready to Chicken Salad Prep! This chicken salad contains boiled chicken, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, avocado, corn, olive oil and squeezed lemon!


  • 2 cups of grilled or boiled Chicken breast, shredded OR Chickpeas for meat substitute

  • 3 cups of romaine lettuce

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cup of corn

  • 2/3 cup of olive oil

  • 1/3 cup of squeezed lemon

  • 1 tsp of salt (or to your liking)

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • pepper to taste

  • 1 cucumber, sliced


  1. Chop and/or slice the avocado, cucumber & green onion

  2. Whisk freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper in a bowl or a jar and shake

  3. Gather all of your ingredients, including corn, sliced avocado, sliced cucumber, shredded chicken, chopped green onion, romaine lettuce and the dressing

  4. Place everything together in a large salad bowl and toss with the homemade dressing

2. Celery Juice

Lately I've been drinking celery juice almost daily and it's just something I commit to take care of my body and also skincare which what we put in our bodies directly affects our skincare as well so don't forget you are what you eat

Celery alone is such a SUPER FOOD, so combining with water makes it a SUPER DRINK and celery juice contains so many health and nutritional benefits!

If you don't like eating it alone you can try cutting it into one inch pieces and adding water and blending it into a blender and that's going to make it easier to consume as a refreshing drink !


Celery juice is high in calcium, silicon, and Vitamin K, so drinking celery juice might strengthen bones.

Celery juice also contains two vital antioxidants, apigenin and luteolin.

Celery is 95 % water so it's super hydrating for our skin health and it contains tons of antioxidants and increases stomach acid which improves the stomach gut health by breaking down food !


  1. chop 1 or 2 stocks of celery into one inch pieces

  2. Add purified water and chopped celery to a blender and blend, and you're finished and ready to drink this super drink and you will feel so much more healthier than before!

3. Mango & Cucumber Water

Another easy healthy drink recipe here is a nice refreshing, Mango & Cucumber Water drink.

For this recipe, I used fresh sliced cucumbers and frozen mango from the local supermarket and purified water and a blender to blend it all together.

As mentioned previously, this recipe is super easy and simple to make so just follow the basic instructions above for the recipe.
