Fresh Pomegranate Juice at Karin Fresh Juice Bar and its Health Benefits

Updated: Jan 1, 2023

As Pomegranate season is usually available at a limited time, I did not waste any time to get a freshly squeezed Pomegranate Juice drink. Typically, pomegranate season is at its peak in late fall and throughout late December, which got my attention when I saw it being as a limited time drink at Karin.

One of my favorite ( and first ) juice bars in Japan has got to be Karin Fresh Juice Bar as it has various branches throughout Japan, due to it being a healthy raw fresh juice bar choice in shopping malls and such at various locations in Japan. Karin Uses fresh fruits and vegetables that come from a fruit specialty store, leaving a refreshing taste. Here I got the Pomegranate Juice which was freshly squeezed from directly the pomegranate fruit itself which I was able to watch it being freshly squeezed and prepared.

Health Benefits of Pomegranate Juice:

  • Magnesium, which helps manage blood pressure and glucose levels.

  • The ingredients in pomegranate might help prevent breast, lung, skin cancer, and also prostate cancer.

  • A 2022 Study found that pomegranate extract was effective in reducing the markers of Alzheimers.
